Proven Productivity Expertise

For more than 45 years, our team has studied construction labour productivity and spent 20+ years designing and delivering improvement programmes that cut resource use and raise output.

Our team created practical, easy-to-use methods and tools for measuring and boosting productivity, supported by unique algorithms that capture, analyse, and help prevent delays—the leading cause of productivity loss.

The Productivity Benchmarking Tool is a secure web-based application developed by WLC that captures and analyses productivity and delay data across all types of construction projects.

  • Tracks and monitors performance in real time

  • Benchmarks results anonymously against internal or industry averages

  • Identifies and helps eliminate root causes of delays

  • Provides reliable data to strengthen estimating, planning, and claims

This evidence-led system has delivered over 30% productivity gains, helping teams improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while protecting commercial confidentiality.
